DOD's "Swarus Ex High" has been renewed and evolved into "Swarus Ex High 2." The frame structure has been fundamentally reevaluated, reducing storage size by approximately 65% compared to the old model. Despite being a high-back chair, it has a size that allows for external attachment to the lower part or sides of a backpack.

Since it doesn’t take up space with the chair, the freedom of packing has increased. It challenges the fixed notion that “high back = big.”

Static load capacity of 130kg, stability of the X structure

Supporting the strength lost due to compactness is the X-shaped frame structure under the seat. It features a high-strength aluminum alloy frame and a reinforced fabric woven with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) in 210D nylon. The static load capacity has significantly improved from 80kg in the old model to 130kg.

There is minimal swaying when fully leaned back, providing exceptional stability. It will reduce the anxiety commonly associated with lightweight and compact models.

Seat height 30/36cm, usable in two adjustable stages.

The angle adjustment feature that wasn't available in the old model is also noteworthy. The height can be adjusted in two stages with the front and rear legs, accommodating seat heights of 30cm and 36cm. You can relax deeply or enjoy meals and tasks facing the table.

The side pocket and tie belt - also serves as a smartphone holder.

The side pocket is perfect for placing smartphones or keys. Personally, I find the included tie belt for the chair anchor to prevent the lightweight chair from being blown away by the wind quite attractive. It may not be flashy, but it is a subtle function that works well on-site.

A reduction in storage size of about 65% and a load capacity of 130kg - the evolution indicated by these numbers is indeed significant. I've found a chair I want to take along for spring leisure activities.
