The main feature is the bulb color temperature of 3000K. It emits a thicker, warmer light than halogen. The brightness is 4400 lumens in high beam and 3300 lumens in low beam (for two bulbs). Compared to standard halogen bulbs, it achieves brightness about 1.7 times greater.
