【Fuji Rock】 "KEEN” collaboration volume 7! No worries if stepped on or bumped against a rock

Many people must associate summer with Fuji Rock! If you want to enjoy both river play and festivals to the fullest, stylish and practical shoes are essential. Outdoor footwear brand "KEEN" has released collaborative shoes again this year!

A fantastic scene floating in the morning mist of Naeba has been incorporated into the design.

The theme of this collaboration is "The 'Endless' Fuji Rock at Dawn." In the morning mist of Naeba, the lights of distant stages and booths faintly glow in a fantastical scene, which has been incorporated into the shoe design using fluorescent colors and glow-in-the-dark expressions. This limited graphic has been applied to the popular base model "Hyperport H2."

The base model Hyperport H2 is a redesigned version of KEEN's iconic water-friendly sandal "Newport." It features the toe protection (bumper structure that protects the toes) that KEEN has continued to use since its founding in 2003, ensuring safety even when stepped on in crowded areas before the stage or if it hits a rock. With a water-resistant and washable polyester upper and quick-drying lining, you can move directly from afternoon river play to the stage.

The consideration for fatigue resistance is excellent. The thick yet lightweight injection foam midsole provides a soft cushioning that accommodates long-distance movement from stage to stage. The spacious toe box is designed to allow the toes to spread naturally, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods without feeling cramped. The one-touch bungee cord system allows for easy fit adjustment simply by pulling the drawcord, making it smooth to take on and off at the campsite.

To prevent odor, we employ "Eco Anti-Odor" utilizing natural probiotics. This design suppresses unpleasant odors throughout the long three-day period and is mindful of the environment. The outsole is made with rubber and patterns that provide high grip even on wet surfaces, ensuring stability during rainy Fuji Rock. Moreover, in line with KEEN's deep resonance with Fuji Rock's concept of "coexistence of nature and music," we are committed to environmental considerations, such as the elimination of harmful chemicals like PFAS in the water-repellent process and the use of recycled P.E.T.
