The plate size is 76cm, allowing you to cook a large amount of food at the same time. Made from carbon steel that is resistant to rust and has excellent thermal conductivity, it is also easy to maintain. High heat and optimized burners achieve uniform temperatures. Furthermore, the large-capacity drip pan prevents overflow of grease.
