First, remove the Velcro from the back of the holder from the D-ring, and wrap the strap around the backpack's straps.

Next, fold back the wrapped belt.

Finally, secure the hook-and-loop fastener while applying tension and fix it with two belts, one above and one below. If attached above the chest belt, it will prevent slipping off.
