【Foot Bath Tour】 Right next to Haneda Airport! The free "Foot Bath Sky Deck" features planes flying overhead with great intensity.
I made a quick stop at the foot bath I encountered on my outing. This time, I soaked at the "Foot Bath Sky Deck" located within Haneda Innovation City in Ota Ward, Tokyo. Being right next to Haneda Airport, I was able to enjoy the overwhelming scenery as well.
You can see airplanes up close! How to get to the Haneda Foot Bath Sky Deck

The nearest station is Keikyu Airport Line's Tenkubashi Station. Since there is a direct connection to Haneda Innovation City from Tenkubashi Station, even a first-time visitor like me found the route easy to understand.

Pass through the HI City ticket gate at Tenkubashi Station and take the elevator or escalator up to arrive at Haneda Innovation City.

Looking at the signboards, there are various zones, and among them, the Foot Bath Sky Deck is in Zone E. I will walk towards Zone E.

Arrived at the E-zone. I will take the elevator in the zone to the rooftop floor.

I have arrived at the rooftop floor. I wonder what kind of foot bath awaits me. Exciting ♡
Arrived at the foot bath! I realized I forgot my towel, but there were original towels available.

An overview of the foot bath sky deck. There are two sunken tubs like horigotatsu, and patches of grassy horigotatsu where children can play, which made my son who came with me very happy.

There is no specific mention of the water quality or effects, but the water is a bit hot with a mild texture. It healed my tired feet from the outing.

The author casually stopped by a foot bath but realized they didn't have a towel to dry their feet. While wandering around the premises, they discovered an original towel at the vending machine corner! Perhaps there are many people with the same motivation, and of course, they bought it.

It became a nice souvenir with the logo related to Haneda Innovation City. The size is approximately 34cm × approximately 38cm, which is just the right size for drying feet. The material was a fluffy fabric made of 100% cotton.

While soaking in the foot bath and dozing off in a dreamy state, a loud mechanical sound, “Gogogogo...” echoed. Looking up, a plane passed right overhead! It's a spectacular sight that can only be enjoyed because of its proximity to Haneda Airport.

The foot bath sky deck allows you to enjoy the sight of planes passing by at close range, but there are a few points to be cautious about. The foot bath sky deck is near Haneda Airport's B runway, but in fact, the conditions for takeoff from this B runway are limited to south winds between 3 PM and 7 PM. The author wasn’t specifically aiming to soak in the foot bath at that time, but they were lucky to witness a takeoff by chance.
How about refreshing yourself with the scenery unique to being near Haneda Airport and a foot bath?

This time, I went to the free foot bath spot "Foot Bath Sky Deck" located in Haneda Innovation City, Ota Ward, Tokyo. It was a slight detour where I could enjoy the unique scenery of the Haneda area and refresh both my mind and body with the foot bath. I wonder what kind of foot baths I will encounter next; the leisurely foot bath tour continues.
