May 25th, Fuji Speedway "IKURA’s AMERICAN FESTIVAL"

The "IKURA's AMEFES (commonly known as Amefes)" held at Fuji Speedway is one of Japan's largest American events. It features plenty of exhilarating content for car and motorcycle enthusiasts, not limited to hot rods and muscle cars, including thrilling drag races, car shows, FMX extreme shows, and Z classic car meetings. You can enjoy various activities all day long, including live performances by artists and shops.

Since it is conveniently located within driving distance to places like Gotemba Premium Outlet, this event is definitely attractive for a day trip.

June 1st, Festival Walk Soga "18th Street VWs Jamboree"

The STREET VWs, a magazine specializing in Volkswagen, will hold the "18th Street VWs Jamboree" on June 1st. This year features a special exhibition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Karmann Ghia with a Karmann gallery and a special display of models from the first generation to the latest in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Golf's arrival in Japan.

An event where one of the largest gatherings of air-cooled engine VWs in Japan will be held. The number of entries will surely overwhelm you. If you're someone who is interested but doesn't quite understand it, you should definitely check out this event.

May 31st - June 1st, Fuji Speedway "NAPAC Fuji 24-Hour Race Overnight Fest"

The "NAPAC Fuji 24-Hour Race Overnight Fest" is an event held simultaneously with the third round of the Super Endurance Series, a 24-hour endurance race. You can enjoy outdoor activities like camping and BBQ right next to the course where the 24-hour race is taking place, as well as savor gourmet food such as Kansai-style okonomiyaki in the Showa retro atmosphere of the S耐横丁.

You can enjoy an event that can only be experienced here, along with the unique atmosphere of the raceway.

In addition to comedy talk shows, night ballooning, and live performances, dynamic fireworks will light up the night sky on the evening of the 31st, allowing you to actively enjoy the event from morning to night. Please be aware that surrounding roads are expected to be congested on the event day, so be cautious during peak traffic times.

June 14th to 15th, Twin Messe Shizuoka "Fuji no Kuni Camping Car & Outdoor Show 2025"

"Fuji no Kuni Camping Car & Outdoor Show 2025" is one of the largest camping car events in Shizuoka Prefecture, held at Twin Messe Shizuoka. Over 90 camping cars, including the latest models, classic models, and light campers, will gather in one place, providing an opportunity to actually enter the vehicles, compare them, and thoroughly check out the camping cars you are interested in.

The ALC Imported Car Fair, featuring popular brands like MINI, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, and Citroën, will also be held at the same time. You can watch events featuring popular comedy duos, choose outdoor goods and local specialties from Shizuoka, and enjoy with your beloved pets.
