【Nissan New Luks】Is it really a lightweight vehicle!? The super high wagon type with too much sense of openness has evolved
Nissan has publicly unveiled the new lightweight vehicle "Luks." It is scheduled for release this autumn but has already become a hot topic. Let's check the evolution points, the intriguing design, and the price.
A more comfortable indoor space
Breaking the common sense of conventional lightweight cars, the new "Roox" offers an entirely new value. It is equipped with a pleasant interior and numerous advanced safety technologies, including the "Intelligent Around View Monitor" (with moving object detection and 3D view function), making it a lightweight car that can be driven with ease of mind.
Exterior & Interior Concerns
The exterior is designed with the concept of "Roomy × Max," which is the origin of the name Roox, expressing the maximum size within the lightweight car standards. Among these, the design motif "Kadoru Square," which symbolizes the new Roox, is incorporated in various places such as the headlights, rear combination lamps, door handles, and wheels.

The interior length has been expanded by 115mm from the previous model to achieve 2315mm. The rear seat knee room is also secured at 795mm, allowing adults to sit comfortably and small children to change while standing.

The cargo space has also been secured at 675mm, allowing for the simultaneous loading of four 48L suitcases.
The further evolved "Intelligent Around View Monitor"
The "Intelligent Around View Monitor" features three new display functions: the first-ever "Invisible Hood View" on a light vehicle, which generates images of the area beneath the vehicle that would normally be unseen; a "3D View" that allows for confirmation of the surrounding situation in a 3D image; and a "Front Wide View" that supports visibility of blind spots to the left and right from the driver's seat at intersections. This specification greatly enhances peace of mind while driving.

In addition to the conventional dealer option navigation, the "Roox" is the first to adopt the manufacturer option NissanConnect infotainment system. With Google integration, it now supports features such as "Google Maps," "Google Assistant," and "Google Play," allowing seamless connection to a wide range of information and entertainment.
There are also rich color variations

By adopting new colors "Ceradon Green," "Cinnamon Latte," and "Seto Blue," the Highway Star series offers six types of two-tone and seven colors of monotone, while the Standard series features seven colors of monotone. This results in a total of 17 diverse variations.
Custom car "AUTECH LINE" is also in the lineup

In addition, "AUTECH LINE" is also available from Nissan Motorsports & Customization. This custom car features dedicated design fog lamp finishers, 15-inch aluminum wheels, silver door mirrors, and the only black-themed interior in the new "Roox." The seat fabric uses a special synthetic leather material that combines a stylish design, high-quality touch, and waterproof functionality. It is a model that appeals to users seeking something different.
