Pour 200g of green beans into the cylinder and ignite the cassette stove. Rotate the handle in a circular motion at a rate of one rotation per second. If using the Cassette Fumini, start on high heat and switch to medium heat once the beans begin to pop.

Since the popping sound indicates that roasting has started, there’s no need to worry about over-roasting. Using a test spoon makes it easy to check the roasting level.

When the desired roast level is reached, turn off the heat and transfer to a metal sieve. Let it cool completely and remove the chaff.

A guideline for roasting is that for light roasts, it's at the end of the first crack, and for dark roasts, it’s at the end of the second crack. This allows you to pursue your preferred roast, making it perfect for a relaxing weekend time.
