Since it allows you to use the car navigation screen like a smartphone, I implemented it in our Alphard. After actually using it, I felt a difference in family drives and even short travel times.

By creating a Wi-Fi environment with iPhone tethering and connecting this item to the car's USB port, a home screen like that of a smartphone appears on the navigation screen.

With simple wiring, the apps you usually use launch directly, and the operation is very intuitive.

I am used to Google Maps, so there are many situations where I find the navigation easier to use than the original, and confirming the route to the destination has also become smoother.

The YouTube and Prime Video apps work without any issues, and the picture quality is good. Being able to enjoy movies and favorite videos as usual in the car during drives has made the travel time more relaxed.

Videos can also be displayed on the rear seat monitor via HDMI output.

Since there is a monitor in the back seat as well, if you use an HDMI connection, videos can be watched in the back too.

When the kids are in the car, just playing their favorite channels on YouTube keeps them quite calm, which is helpful during traffic jams and long drives.

The interior of the car has become my personal time and space where I can relax.

Introducing this smartphone item for the car navigation system has been better than I expected, especially during "short waits in the car." For example, while waiting for family shopping or wanting to take a short break when out. Just by being able to play my favorite music or watch videos inside the car, the waiting time has turned into a comfortable personal time.

The interior, which was just a means of transportation until now, feels more like my own room thanks to these kinds of items. Music, videos, map apps... Everything can be used in my familiar style, which significantly increases the freedom of driving.
