In 2025, German cars! The vintage car concours "Concours of Elegance" is scheduled to be held from September 6 to 7 in Karuizawa

The Concours of Elegance, which competes for the elegance and beauty of classic cars, will be held again this year at the Karuizawa Motor Gathering scheduled for the weekend of September 6-7!

This year's theme is German cars manufactured before the year 2000. The vehicles displayed will generally be carefully selected by the organizing committee, but it is also possible to apply as a general participant.

Moreover, there is an opportunity for those who want to showcase their beloved cars on the lawn, even if they are not German cars. By applying for the general participation category below, you might get a chance to let everyone see your cherished vehicle.

If you have a vintage car or a precious vehicle, why not enter and showcase it on the lawns of Karuizawa instead of just visiting?

Scheduled date: September 7, 2025 (Exhibits from the 6th are also possible)
Proposed venue: Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza Garden Mall Lawn Area (Meeting place P3)
Eligibility for participating vehicles: German cars (vehicles manufactured before the year 2000)
※ In principle, there will be restrictions based on the manufacturing year as stated above, but vehicles manufactured after 2000 may be specially approved by the organizing committee.
Participation fee: 5,000 yen per vehicle

7:30 AM - Venue registration → Admission to the lawn area begins
10:00 AM - Concours & Voting START
3:00 PM - Concours voting deadline
4:00 PM - Concours award ceremony
5:00 PM - Exit ceremony run (The commercial facilities on-site are open, but vehicles will leave one by one in a relaxed manner)
※ From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, movement of vehicles or starting engines will not be permitted.
※ Due to the operation of the concours, exit will not be allowed until 5 PM, so we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

- After the selection of entry content by the organizing committee, only those who can participate will be contacted by email regarding the delivery of the "Entry Kit."
- Please understand that even if you apply, there may be cases where you cannot participate.
- Depending on the available exhibition space, the number of participants may be limited.
- The entry kit is expected to be sent about a week before the day of the concours.
- The participation fee of 5,000 yen per vehicle will be payable upon arrival of the entry kit in the form of "cash on delivery" through Yu-Pack.

※ Please note that we cannot accept payments by other means such as bank transfers in advance.
- Payment of the above Yu-Pack cash-on-delivery fee will complete the registration for "concours participation."
