The "WR125R" is perfect for off-road riding debuts. It is easy to handle even for entry-level riders who have just obtained their license, inviting them into the off-road world. With an off-road-inspired design and versatile potential that responds to various surface conditions, it will provide a great opportunity to engage with nature and new companions.
Equipped with a water-cooled, SOHC, 4-valve, FI, 124cm3 engine that responds to various riding styles across a wide range of fields from off-road riding to everyday on-road use. It delivers a maximum output of 11kW (15PS) at 10,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 11 Nm at 6,500 rpm, with a bore stroke of 52.0mm x 58.7mm and a compression ratio of 11.2:1.

Thanks to the implementation of VVA (Variable Valve Actuation), which switches between low-speed and mid-high speed cams (on the intake side) at 7,000 to 7,400 rpm, it exhibits excellent output and torque characteristics across the entire range. Performance is realized not only for fan riding off-road but also for smooth acceleration that adapts to the flow of traffic on the road, achieving high-speed performance.

Additionally, due to the synergy with the secondary reduction ratio that is rich in low-speed torque, it is easy to start even in situations where you repeatedly accelerate and stop, allowing you to merge into traffic with confidence.
The front employs a suspension with an inner tube diameter of 41mm. A balance is struck between damping characteristics and spring constants, and an oil lock piece is used at the bottom of the outer tube. With a stroke of 215mm, excellent cushioning and foot placement are achieved.

The control brake has been finely tuned for the mutual balance between friction materials like pad composition and input factors like lever ratio. It promises to deliver excellent braking power across a wide range of scenarios, from off-road to on-road. The front brake is equipped with ABS.
The seat is a flat seat that is easy to move in all directions. The exterior cover has few protrusions, allowing for a high degree of freedom in riding position. It is equipped with wide footrests on both sides, providing excellent control when using step work. The design is based on a horizontal theme, utilizing large surfaces boldly, and the black paint along with the two-part headlight cowl enhances the sense of compactness.
