The "Ninja 500" is designed to allow everyone to enjoy sporty riding, from city commuting to touring, with its characteristic light handling. The aggressive styling that makes it instantly recognizable as a Ninja enhances its presence.

With a lineage from the Ninja 250 and Ninja 400, the Ninja 500 features a lightweight chassis based on the 250cc class, equipped with a 451cm³ liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, parallel-twin engine that has excellent output characteristics across the entire rev range. It offers strong acceleration in the low to mid RPM range, smooth power that stretches to high RPMs, and combined with light handling, it delivers a refreshing ride.
