[Fishing Meal] The best "yakisoba bread" made with Ippei-chan instant noodles and bread.

Using just one frying pan, I cooked instant noodles (Ippei-chan) and bread to make yakisoba bread. Sitting on the trunk and savoring it turned out to be a fun time that made me forget about the catch.

I want to have a freshly made meal in nature! How about this "Yakisoba Bread"?

I came for stream fishing during my work break. I woke up early and drove to the fishing spot, and although I was eager to start casting my rod, my mental and physical strength began to wear out when I wasn't catching any fish. I changed spots but time just passed, and as I started to think about giving up for the day, my concentration broke.

At that moment, a feeling of hunger arose, and I decided to prepare the fishing meal I had ready by the forest road.
I suddenly wanted to eat Yakisoba Bread after a long time, so I decided to make it with the instant noodles I brought from home, called Ippei-chan, and regular bread sold at convenience stores. By the way, since I thought I might end up with leftover koppe bread if I bought it, I opted for regular bread that is easier to consume at home. Although I only used two slices this time, it was just right that the convenience store had exactly three slices cut (half a loaf).

The instant noodles "Ippei-chan" can be made with just one frying pan

The instant noodles Ippei-chan lose their moisture and become stir-fried while heating with a small amount of water and noodles. It can be completed with just one frying pan, so there’s no big waste like cups, making it perfect for when you want to simplify cooking to the extreme or for easy recipe variations.
By simply boiling and loosening, it turned into yakisoba like cup noodles. By this point, there should be almost no chance of failure. If you're going to add ingredients, it's up to you to enjoy it by stir-frying cabbage, meat, etc., first and then starting to boil them together.
Adding the yaki-soba sauce (liquid sauce) that came with it, the preparation of yakisoba was completed in no time. All that's left is to prepare the bread and finish it off. Even with a body that was tired, I was able to make it easily without feeling bothered.
Just sandwiching it with bread will cause the yakisoba to spill out when cutting, so I decided to use plastic wrap instead of wrapping paper to finish it neatly. I placed 2 slices of bread on the wrap, gently sandwiched the yakisoba, and wrapped it.

Cut it in half with the wrap, and add a lovely cross-section with a mayo beam.

Cut it into two with the wrap to showcase the sandwich's cross-section, and finish off with a mayo beam topping. The biggest charm of Ippei-chan is this. Mustard mayonnaise is irresistible for a tired body. At this time, I feel like having about 2 packets.
Despite being my first challenge, I was able to do it as I intended. The method of wrapping and cutting with a wrap, and the mayonnaise beam produced a good finish. If you add aonori and pickled ginger, it should look even more beautiful, but I kept it to a minimum this time.

A fun moment eating "yakisoba bread" in my beloved car during a break from fishing.

Under the blue sky where only nature spreads around, eating yakisoba bread from the trunk of my car. The bread was thick and fluffy, which was one of the factors that elevated the taste to the next level.

It's a simple and rustic dish, but it also brings the feeling of camping and makes me forget that I caught nothing while fishing, resulting in a very enjoyable time.
