I tried to see what kind of dishes they might pair well with

Having gotten my hands on the new versions of Holineze "Spicy" and "Wasabi" which haven't officially launched yet, I decided to taste them early to find out what kind of meals they would complement.
They seem to go well with all kinds of meals like snacks before setting up camp, dinner, late-night snacks, and breakfast, but what kind of meals will the new versions of Holineze pair with?
Umami Spicy "Holineze Spicy" × Ginger Pork

The "Holineze Spicy" made based on "Outdoor Spice Horinishi Spicy." The thick Holineze looks delicious from the start. I tried pairing this new version with ginger pork, which goes extremely well with mayonnaise.

The "Holineze Spicy" has a good balance of umami and spiciness, and indeed goes well with meat! The addictive umami entices you to take another bite and another, and once you start, you just can't stop. This is definitely addictive. Suddenly, I recommend the combination with ginger pork.

It’s smooth yet spicy, and has a stronger presence than regular mayonnaise, adding an accent to ordinary ginger pork. This umami-spicy flavor gives a depth that feels unprecedented, and it tastes better than what you'd get at a restaurant. It was a new experience that goes perfectly with the cabbage prepared as a side for the ginger pork.
Sharp Spiciness "Holineze Wasabi" × Seafood Rice Bowl

Wasabi and mayonnaise is also a combination that seems like it shouldn't exist. The inspiration came from a chance mix-up of wasabi and Holineze. I was surprised when I tried it for the first time, but the sharp spiciness of the wasabi and the complex, smooth flavor typical of Holineze coexist without canceling each other out.

This wonderfully unique flavor has been realized by adjusting the wasabi ingredient proportions. Upon closer inspection, I found some grainy spices too! You can see that there's plenty of the characteristic "Outdoor Spice Horinishi" in there.

I particularly felt it paired well with salmon and Holineze Wasabi. The umami enhances the taste significantly and made it delicious.

Of course, it also goes well with tuna! The sharp characteristic flavor and the smoothness of mayonnaise combine beautifully. Plus, with the umami of "Outdoor Spice Horinishi," you won't even need soy sauce. Holineze Wasabi greatly enhances the flavor of the seafood rice bowl.
