How does Ryuji's "Tantan-style Cabbage Soup" taste?

Ryuji's "Tantan-style Cabbage Soup" is complete! It looks rich, but taking a sip of the soup reveals a surprisingly light flavor. The combination of miso and soy milk creates a smooth richness, and the umami from the chicken broth seeps into the cabbage. The chili oil drizzled on top adds a solid spiciness, making the tantan soup come together perfectly.
Cabbage can also be substituted with bean sprouts, and it's recommended to add rice for a gukbap-style dish when you want more volume.

When it comes to “soup” recipes, some can take a long time to simmer, but Ryuji's "Tantan-style Cabbage Soup" is very easy to make and will leave you very satisfied. Since the cabbage is made to resemble noodles, there's no guilt in eating it, which is a nice bonus. Why not give it a try, everyone?
