This time, I will try making Tom Yum primarily using instant noodles and a seafood mix! Since the seafood mix contains shrimp, is it technically Tom Yum Kung? The ingredients I've prepared are as follows.

Once you turn on the hot plate, just pour in an appropriate amount of water. Since some water will evaporate during heating, it's okay to be a little generous.
Once the water is boiling, add instant noodles, seafood mix, and bean sprouts.
And then the T soup base. Can this really make a Tom Yum flavor just like that?
Once it has cooked, finally add the T soup base. The amount is about 3 to 4 teaspoons of this product to 200cc of hot water.
Once the instant noodles are boiled, it's ready. I cut the lemon, but for the other ingredients, I just put them on the hot plate. Even when you account for the boiling time of the instant noodles, it was completed in less than 10 minutes.
You can eat it straight from the hot plate, but since I have a sensitive tongue, I plated it in a Sierra cup. It has the refreshing and appetizing aroma of lemongrass unique to Tom Yum, and I can't wait to eat it!
Squeeze plenty of lemon over it and enjoy.
The pleasant acidity gently spreads throughout the mouth with the first bite. You can also taste the garlic flavor, making it surprisingly delicious. This is so good... too good! The lemongrass adds an accent, and it's remarkably similar to the tom yum goong I had in Thailand. I was truly surprised that something so easy to make could taste so authentic.
Even though it's autumn, it's still a bit warm during the day for a day camp, so this acidity is irresistible! The spiciness is mild, which is great as the whole family can enjoy it together.

Although it doesn't use rice noodles typical of authentic tom yum goong, it pairs well with the soup and there's absolutely no discomfort. The T soup base is delicious when used as a sauce, so I want to try using it at home as well.
