【Reproducing Ryuji's Recipe】 A simple recipe to nurture yourself during seasonal transitions with "Chinese-style Tofu Crab Zosui."

Ryuji's recipe lets you enjoy the taste of a specialty store with familiar ingredients. The "Chinese-style Tofu Crab Zosui" is a gentle dish that easily enters a tired body. Instead of rice, I used tofu to create a congee that can also be a diet meal.

Ryuuji's crab rice porridge has a smoothness that becomes addictive.

Main ingredients of tofu crab porridge.
**[Ingredients]** Silken tofu 150g Crab sticks 40g Egg 1 Chopped green onions to taste Water 200cc Chicken broth powder 1 and 1/3 teaspoons Potato starch 1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon Pepper 4 shakes Sesame oil 1 drizzle ☆Finished with chili oil

Easy 5 Steps! Almost done once you add tofu and imitation crab.

1. Put the tofu in the pot
Add 200cc of water, 150g of whole silken tofu, and 40g of vertically shredded imitation crab meat to the pot.
*Do not turn on the heat yet.
2. Add the seasonings
Add 1 and 1/3 teaspoons of chicken stock, 1 teaspoon of potato starch,
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 3 shakes of pepper.
*Do not turn on the heat yet.
It's important to add all the seasonings before igniting, as starting the fire from the beginning can cause the potato starch to clump.
3. Put the pot on the fire
While mixing to crumble the tofu, bring the pot to a boil. This time, since we're using tofu instead of rice, it's recommended to crumble it quite finely!
4. Add beaten egg and sesame oil
Once it boils, turn off the heat, and add 1 beaten egg. Reheat and drizzle in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to enhance the flavor and richness.
You can add chili oil to your taste. It enhances the experience of enjoying Chinese porridge.
5. Top with green onions to finish
Finish by topping with green onions and drizzle with chili oil to your liking, and it's ready to serve.

Ryuji's "Chinese-style Tofu Crab Zosui," how does it taste?

Ryuji's "Chinese-style Tofu Crab Zosui" is complete! The aroma of sesame oil and the chili oil drizzled on top tantalizes the appetite.
A gentle flavor based on chicken bones, the smooth texture of silken tofu, fluffy beaten eggs – each aspect of this bowl is a supreme comfort for the body. The moderate crab flavor and saltiness of the imitation crab match perfectly with the zosui. It felt like enjoying a Chinese breakfast, and I finished it in no time.

Packed with protein and, on top of that, healthy! Be sure to try making this for recovery from seasonal fatigue.
