During the day, I always worried about something when getting out of the car for work or shopping. That was that the water or drinks left inside the car were becoming lukewarm.

Even after just a short time, when I returned to the parking lot, they had gotten lukewarm, so I thought it would be nice to be able to drink them cold at any time, which is why I brought this out.

That said, how long can Workman's Slim Vacuum Hybrid Container really keep things cold? I often took this container out during park time with my kids or for regular outings, and while it performs well for normal use, I decided to measure the temperature to see if it could maintain its coolness inside the car.

Testing it in a parking lot with an outside temperature of 30°C

Anyway, I wanted to drink cold water, so I froze a plastic bottle of water and put it in the container. I also added two smaller ice packs and placed them on top of the plastic bottle for a perfect setup. The container was placed at the foot of the rear seat. I will measure the temperature of the water under these conditions.

The inside of the car, of course, has the air conditioning turned off. I set up thermometers near the dashboard and next to the bottle to measure the interior temperature as well.

At 11:00 AM, even though it has become cooler with each rain, the outside temperature is 30℃. It's muggy. Although I just parked in the lot, the temperature inside the car is already 37℃. Just the fact that the air conditioning isn't working makes the hot air hit my face.

When I first measured the inside of the bottle, the water temperature was around 2℃. Some of it is still frozen, and I would be happy if it could keep the temperature like this.

After leaving it in the muggy environment for about 3 hours

In the afternoon, at 14:49, although it is cloudy, the outside temperature still exceeds 30℃. Even though direct sunlight isn't hitting it, the temperature inside the car maintains 37℃.

I can see that some ice has melted, but when I hold it in my hand, the cold feeling remains unchanged. Measuring the water temperature inside the bottle, it was still at 2℃. Maintaining coldness in this environment is really thanks to the container!? I was a bit surprised.

4:48, looking outside, the sun was still high, and the interior of the car was still at 33℃, remaining hot. As expected, the temperature inside the car was high throughout the day.

As for the bottle of water, when I took it out of the container and held it, I could tell that just a little ice had melted. However, the coldness remained the same. It was somewhat strange that only this container was preserving coolness in the hot car interior.

Two hours later at 6:59, while the interior temperature had dropped to 29℃, it was still hot despite being nighttime.

I took out the pet bottle from the container and measured the water temperature again. Amazingly, the water temperature was still at 2℃. Compared to two hours ago, a little ice had melted, but the temperature remained unchanged. At this point, I thought, "Ah, it won't change anymore." Even though it was frozen water, I was once again surprised by the cooling power of this container, which had maintained a steady 2℃ since the morning.

What will happen from here? Will it remain at 2℃? I thought I'd leave it until the next morning, so I just left it as it was.

The next morning at 9 o'clock, in the car that had survived the night,

Perhaps due to the morning drop in temperature, the temperature inside the car had dropped to just below 28℃. When I took out the bottle that had been left overnight and measured the water temperature...

Every time I check, I can see that the ice is melting little by little. When I shake the bottle, I can feel the chunks of ice moving.

Surprisingly, it was still at 2℃. Although shaking the bottle gives a sense that the ice chunks are melting and moving, the temperature hadn't changed even after being left overnight. This stability made me smile. Each time I checked, although the ice was clearly melting a little, the cooling power was evident.

Even after the final check at 24 hours, it was still at 2℃

After a few hours from the morning, I did the final check at 11 AM when the temperature had started to rise. The water temperature was still at 2℃. It felt cold in my hand, so it seems the thermometer isn't broken.

I opened the bottle and tried drinking it. The moment it touched my mouth, I felt the sensation of "Ah, it's cold." Even though it had been left in the parking lot for nearly 24 hours, it was as cold as if it had just been frozen in the morning. My child took a sip and murmured, "It's still cold." That voice sounded strangely cheerful.

In the end, the coldness remained unchanged for 24 hours.

It was a whole day's measurement, but my expectations were pleasantly exceeded. As time passed, the water temperature held steady at 2°C.

"Ah, I wonder if it can go even further?"

This container had such a sense of stability that made me think so. It maintained 2°C for a full 24 hours, confirming that it could provide deliciously drinkable water.

Because it stayed cold the whole time, I felt a sense of peace of mind.

Although it had cooled down a bit, I was still somewhat anxious about leaving drinks in the parking lot during camping or events. I felt a slight decrease in that small worry of returning to lukewarm drinks.

Whether shopping or going out, or even leaving it for 24 hours, if the coldness is preserved, it creates a sense of ease in my mind.

"Let's put water and ice packs in the container." Just that little extra effort allows you to respond with "We have some" when your child says, "I want to drink something cold." As the season tends to get hot, I plan to fill this container with water when going out.
